Dogs & Cats Welcome
We welcome cats and dogs with no breed restrictions. Maximum of 2 pets per home. A non‑refundable, one‑time pet fee of $400 is required per pet. Monthly pet rent applies (amount not specified). Veterinary documentation may be requested.
Pet Restrictions
If animals are accepted at the RREAF Residential community where application is made, no more than two animals are allowed per apartment. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed.
